Welcome to Helen Jacobs Reflexology.

My journey with reflexology started in 2016 a few months after having my daughter.
I joined a baby reflexology class and was amazed at the results and my interest was sparked.

I decided to train as a Reflexologist in 2017 at the Northampton Academy of Reflexology, gaining an ITEC Level 3 Diploma.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, MAR.

I am based at a clinic in Northamptonshire and can also provide treatments in your own home if required.

Foot Reflexology

£45

At your initial consultation we will go through a simple questionnaire to ensure that reflexology is suitable for you and any medical conditions or issues you are experiencing.
You will then receive a full Foot Reflexology treatment.

Taster Treatment - 30mins including consultation - in clinic only.
(Available for limited time)

Hand Reflexology

£40

At your initial consultation we will go through a simple questionnaire to ensure that reflexology is suitable for you and any medical conditions or issues you are experiencing.
You will then receive a full Hand Reflexology treatment.

Foot Reflexology for Children
10 and under £20
11-16yrs £25

Reflexology can be a lovely gentle treatment for children to receive. A shorter and lighter touch treatment for children - can either be in clinic or at home.
For anyone under the age of 16 an adult must be present for the duration of the treatment time.
